Crescenta Valley High School Class of 1968, Crescenta Valley, CA
50 Year Reunion . 5/19/2018 . Pasadena Hilton HotelPreparing for any reunion, wedding or party is a lot of work and expensive. Working with The Reunion Committee for our reunion was amazing. We did not have to contribute any money out of pocket for anything. We assisted in the search for classmates and had a great turnout. TRC helped us create a Facebook Page just for our class where we are still adding classmates, posting information and pictures before and after our reunion. We continue finding and connecting with many. TRC not only booked and put down the deposit for our venue and DJ but would have also done the centerpieces and decorations if we chose; however, I had some pretty creative girls on my committee who wanted to do our own. Since we made our own centerpieces, TRC gave us back $1 for every paid ticket.
During the planning of our reunion if I had a question, I was able to call and get an answer immediately. More often than not, I chose to send an email to TRC with our questions or concerns and had an answer back within 24 hours. I felt the communication between TRC and myself was outstanding.
The evening of the reunion a great team was sent from TRC. I had the pleasure of working with Yael throughout the evening. She helped make sure everything stayed on schedule with our MC, DJ, dinner and photos. The team was very courteous as they efficiently checked people in. They gave directions on getting portrait photos taken and giving them the much needed name tags with pictures. If I had a problem or concern Yael was right there to take care of business. I didn’t have to do anything except enjoy the party. Yael and her people took lots of pictures and we are looking forward to the memory album they are making for us.
I couldn’t have been happier from start to finish with the results of the reunion working with The Reunion Committee. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering organizing their reunion. Yes, the ticket prices are a bit higher but it is so worth the expertise, stress and headaches that goes into putting on an event such as this.
