Another classmate and I started looking for venues for our upcoming 50th high school reunion. It was a daunting process. Everything was so expensive, and they wanted large deposits up front. In desperation, I googled “ideas for 50th reunion.” The Reunion Committee came up. I had no idea such services existed! Hiring them made all the difference. They came up with a great venue (The Marina City Club) at a reasonable price. They handled all the money. We didn’t have to front a penny. They had sophisticated programs to track down classmates. We still had our own reunion committee, but freed from the financial aspects, we could focus on the program planning. (Note: it turns out that a “program wasn’t really needed/ After 50 years, everyone just wanted to talk to each other.) I was constantly calling Shelli with a million questions, and she tirelessly answered each one. Organizing the reunion was a lot of hard work; without The Reunion Committee, it would have been near impossible. They did a superb job and I highly recommend them.

We had our 50th Class Reunion on August 11. There are no words to describe what a wonderful job The Reunion Committee. Everything was perfect, everyone commented on the venue (Marina City Club), the food, the photographers and the associates from the reunion committee. They were all professional, friendly and courteous. Having The Reunion Committee plan all the auxiliary items, purchasing of the tickets, checking everyone in, supplying the name tags made it so much easier for us to have the time to spend with all of our classmates and enjoy the evening. Thank you so much!!!

What a fantastic evening!! I want to truly thank the REUNION COMMITTEE for a job well done!  This is my 2nd time working with you and I look forward to the next one.  You are so easy to work with and truly made our 40 year High School Reunion an event to remember!  The location, the Warner Center Hilton in Woodland Hills, was great for all of our alumni.  The Reunion Committee staff and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating.  The food was delicious and the DJ was amazing.  We talked, laughed and danced the night away.  A fun evening was had by all and even inspired a few newcomers that had never before attended one of our Reunions to start attending.

This is the 3rd time we’ve used the Reunion Committee for our class reunion and once again everything went perfectly. They were extremely helpful in all details of the event, from event location to speech recommendations for the night of. They were very responsive and handled all of our questions with ease. The on-site staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with on the night of the event. Trying to plan a reunion is an enormous task which I am happy to leave to the experts at the Reunion Committee.

The Reunion Committee handled our 50 year reunion as they did our 40th with complete professionalism. They supplied quality assistance all the way through our planning and research. On the night of the reunion they came prepared and offered any assistance needed. They stayed in the background and allowed the free flow of our reunion to take its own course.
